I am an ICB student, I have a big problem with the ICB online system, firstly their online exam system is unfair, when doing technical checks everything is fine, but on the day of exams you are unable to write and it is blamed on your internet quality, the same internet quality that passed the checks, ICB does not want to take responsibility for their flawed system, we are then required to pay for the subject again. Secondly their new online POE submission system was supposed to close at 12 but at 11:35 I could not upload my assignment, I have screenshot to prove it. Thirdly the state of disaster is over and ICB is still not answering phone calls and only communicate through email, their response is always delayed. I urge all students who experienced these problems to please sign the petition, Our demands will be, the extension of submission of POE for may exams and for students who could not write online exams due to technical issues but passed the technical checks be rebooked for free.
