With new covid cases on the rise, and the majority of the Pittsburgh branch living outside of the area to the new job site, IBEX employees are requesting to stay at home. The commute is too far for the employees that live in west Virginia and Ohio, and the majority of IBEX's employees were told the job would be a permanent work from home job during the application process and in training. New mothers are not getting paid maternity leave which is a huge inconvenience when the job site is too far away with little benefits for the new mothers. Handicap employees are being told to figure it out or risk their jobs, and most employees are either sick with covid or just got rid of it. The risks are too high and we don't appreciate being constantly told we are easily replaceable when our health and lives are on the line during a pandemic. We all greatly appreciate this job and are excited to come to work everyday. We are not just a job with employees, we are family. We want to feel that the hard work we put into this company is noticed enough to hear our concerns. Our supervisors are hard working and care about the employees under them. It breaks our hearts for their jobs to be threatened while they are sick with covid due to us moving back into the work building. We need change and a chance to be heard.
