The CoronaVirus has put a huge target in the small communities of Missouri. Students whom receive the Virus, may infect the elders of the community and cause chaos and disruption to the community. If schools are cancelled in the area, the citizens with suppressed immune systems will not be as likely to receive the virus from students, as they will not be in an environment of 700+ students for the time periods that the schools are cancelled for. If schools do not get cancelled, then the risk of infection will raise drastically, putting small children, elders, and those other whom are sick at a high risk of death or severe injury. This National Emergency in Missouri can be slowed and even stopped if the amount of social gatherings (including school), and large events are limited for a small time period. The schools can allow for the learning of students through electronics and through the internet. If such students do not have internet access, they can be provided with packets through the school that will cover the same material that the online courses will cover. If the schools take this National Emergency into deep consideration, then the community and all citizens are given a chance to not receive the CoronaVirus.
