A parent can go into family court and abuse & misuse the court system by false restraining orders with no proof in order to continue abuse on the other parent. To create and manipulate the Judge on the best interest of the children. I have experienced this in my family law case & felt like my rights were not protected or my child rights. I know this is a problem in our community and  world,  it hurts the child and parent which is not in the best interest of the child. I would like to see a change in our family law system so it is not abused or misused for revenge on the other parent or parents involved.
