The Cincinnati Bengals are in the Super Bowl! This team has not been in the Super Bowl for over three decades. Because Kentucky does have a professional football team, we should root for the Bengals in the Super Bowl. The best way to do this is by watching the Super bowl. The game will not end until at least 9:30 pm and will last longer if the game goes into overtime. If this happens many of the students will be up late on a school night. The simple solution? Have an NTI day on the 14th.

We have already had nine NTI days this year. While there are few remaining NTI days left winter is coming to an end proving them useless.I say we should use them up showing football spirit. Taking an NTI day will let continue to be educated while still being able to enjoy the game.

This game has a personal meaning to me .Both of my parents are from Cincinnati and my brother and I lived in Ohio when we were young. My dad is one of four Bengal obsessed siblings .One of the main reasons that it would be convenient for school to be canceled on the 14th is I will be in Cincinnati baby-sitting. I will be watching , younger cousins while my parents,aunts,and uncles watch the game.While I could leave at around 10pm I will not be back until midnight . I am a successful student hope to continue to be. Going to bed at midnight is not the best way to do that.
