Sri Lanka needs foreign cash urgently to recover from the current financial crisis. Current President and PM are the two obstacles to obtain a loan from IMF and/or other such organisations under reasonable terms because these two have been protecting corrupt people including their close relatives, and have wasted previous loans. Thus, their resignation is essential for recovery but not be sufficient at least until a sufficient loan is secured to avoid a major default in July. Therefore, I pledge to send Sri Lanka via legal bank system at least 1,000 US dollars or equivalent amount of funds to a person or organisation of my choice within four weeks from their resignation if the new leader is not from Rajapaksha family or one of their puppets.
