To demand Monsanto name Aldehyde now used in RoundUp;
This petition had 28 supporters
It is important because Monsanto lied at the time it originally asked the EPA to license RoundUp. People need to know that the product is not merely glyphosate POEA and water, but also contains an aldehyde. When the state of California realizes that this aldehyde is used, it may not be possible for it to be bought over the counter by consumers, due to Prop 65 requirements. Basic organic chemistry informs us that glyphosate is in cake-like form, unless combined with an aldehyde like formaldehyde. I is possible that the aldehyde causes Multiple sclerosis.
