I'm writing this petition on behalf of myself because I've been wrongly convicted and incarcerated since I graduated from high-school. I graduated from high-school in May of year 2000, got locked up for a homicide in January of 2001 and got convicted of that same homicide in June of 2001 (in a span of 5 months) and received a life sentence without any physical evidence or any evidence at all. I've been screaming for help for 21+years and counting to no avail. I can make a great and productive impact on myself, my family and society if released. I've been incarcerated since I graduated from high-school which will be 21 years now. I'm not a criminal or a threat to society like the prosecutor painted me out to be. I'm labeled as a first time offender and I'm not an offender at all because I'm innocent. I have a positive standing and well respected in my community. Since I've been incarcerated I've saved lives and made a positive impact on AT RISK TEENAGERS and grown men and women. I've completed and earned an Associates degree in Business Administration while being incarcerated
