Arthur Hughes should have never died. Plenty of people reported Arthur's predicament to Social services and they did not do enough to save him. I wan't Social services to be held accountable and charged for aiding in the death of a child by not doing enough. If it is proven more could be done I would like to see the people involved serve a prison term. I would like the Social Service to take a new approach where every parent is guilty until proven innocent. I would like to see Social services full involvement in any abuse allegations of a child and this child to be kept in touch with for a period of 6 months after the allegations are settled. (regular visits with the child and checks with Doctors and any other profesionals) Every allegation to be investigated thoroughly.
