It is time that Local 1359-1860 get a fresh start. We need harmony, integrity, fairness, and loyalty in our local. Information has been provided to ILA Executive Council in reference to the inappropriate use of Local Funds by President Richard Ross and the upholdings of his actions by the Executive Board members of our local. 

We are asking that the ILA Executive Council render a decision based on the information provided to them about President Richard Ross and the Executive Board of Local 1359-1860.

We are requesting the following:

1.      The imposition of Trusteeship upon ILA Local 1359-1860 in accordance with Article XVI, Section 9.

              OR

2.      Imposed discipline to ILA Local 1359-1860 Executive and Trustee Board Members in accordance with Article XVIII Discipline.
