Putin's unprovoked military attack on the Ukraine has shocked individuals, organizations, and governments the world over.

Many have responded: from governments applying economic sanctions, to the United Nations calling for an immediate end to the attack, to sports bodies prohibiting Russia from participating in different events, to individual citizens rallying against Putin and Russia, to aid organizations ramping up support for fleeing Ukrainians, to corporations refusing to carry on "business as usual" with Russia, as well as other actions.

One company which has indicated that it will not participate in any of these activities is the Hyundai/Kia Motor Group. News reports say that this company, which is among the top ten car manufacturers in the world, plans to continue both manufacturing vehicles in, and exporting them to Russia.

This petition seeks to convince the Hyundai/Kia Motor Group to suspend the practice, and to join the worldwide boycott and sanctions on Russia. Hitting Putin and Russia in the pocketbook may be the only way through which he will call off his senseless attack on a sovereign nation and it's people. Hyundai needs to show it is a responsible world citizen.
