- Hidden Valley Lake is a 150 acre private residence lake that is a hidden gem. Very few communities have this amenity to use right in their backyard.
Some lake front owners and residents want the POA to allow WAKE surfing and no longer want to enforce our current bylaw which prohibits artificial wake enhancements such as ballast tanks that they are needed to wake surf.
The lake is too small to to endure the impact from the waves and this could lead to shore erosion and damage to the ecosystem.
The waves can create safety issues for swimmers at the beach, kayakers, and potential boat damage for boats being slammed against the docks.
I would like to present this signed petition to the POA once we have enough support. Please help by sharing and only sign if you are a registered POA member within Hidden Valley Lake.
