Husson University has recently put out a PR on Twitter stating:

"Husson University will recognize Saundra Pelletier, CEO, president, and executive director of Evofem Biosciences, with an honorary degree at its 2022 Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 7 at the Cross Insurance Center."

This petition calls on all connected with Husson University to urge the school to cancel this "honorary" award and disinvite Saundra Pelletier to speak at the commencement ceremony.

We do so because Saundra Pelletier's has failed as CEO of EVOFEM BIOSCENCES for the following reasons:

– Not unlike disgraced THERANOS CEO Elizabeth Holmes, Saundra Pelletier has shown disregard to the interest of shareholders by engaging in behavior such as timed, large sale of stocks which have depressed stock price.

– Pelletier's actions have caused investors to lose millions of dollars by effectively driving her company to the ground due to improvident spending, rampant rise in expenditures to finance a lavish, unjustified operation in San Diego, CA.

– Specifically, Saundra Pelletier has approved the expenditure of millions of dollars PER DAY on a costly operation at the headquarters in San Diego, CA, despite the fact that sales of the company's only product PHEXXI gross only a few hundred thousand dollars per week (as reported by Bloomberg).

– Pelletier's ill-advised decision-making has led to over 90% loss of capital to EVOFEM investors in less than two years with deeper losses expected in the near future.

– Pelletier's incompetence as CEO has caused the stock price to crater from $8 in May 2020 to $0.28 at the time of this writing.

– Rather egregiously, despite abysmal sales and huge stock price depression and no plan by Pelletier to improve revenues, in a recent filing with the SEC, Pelletier has asked shareholders' to approver her 7-figure salary and that of other officers.

– In the same filing with the SEC, Pelletier asked shareholders' approval to continue financing her lavish, costly operation at EVOFEM by planning a toxic Reverse Split of company stock which will inevitably lead to further, massive loss to Shareholders so Pelletier can keep her massively expensive operation at EVOFEM to the tune of millions of dollars per day.

– Pelletier's ill-advised actions and rampant, unjustified cash burn have caused EVOFEM to become nearly insolvent and it could file for bankruptcy by the end of 2022.

We're asking Husson University whether having a failed CEO who is bankrupting her company and decimating SHAREHOLDERS represents the values of Husson University.

Maintaining this honorary degree and this invitation puts a stain on Husson University's legacy.

Therefore, we, the undersigned, urge Husson University to cancel Saundra Pelletier's "honorary" award and disinvite her to speak at the commencement ceremony.
