Sophomores Don't Learn Anything—Make Them Stay At Home Instead of Seniors
Why this petition matters
Let's be real here. Who among us learned a thing while they were in tenth grade? I mean, I slept through more of health class than I was conscious for. Besides, it's not like the curriculum was anything to write home about (and while it's under review, what's the point anyways?). The seniors are more important. Everyone knows that. Sophomore year is pointless—it's not junior year, it's not the big leap to 9th grade, and it's not their first year at Hunter either. Come to think of it, the eighth graders aren't valid either. Come to think of it, none of them are valid. Online school for everyone but seniors. Forget the senior steps, it's time for the senior school. If we can get 200 signatures, every single senior, on this petition, then the administration will do absolutely nothing. But at least we'll be smug in the justness of our cause. Because trust me, fellow seniors, our cause is just.
