I am signing this petition because I believe all Humboldt County high school students will benefit from culturally engaging lessons that are not being taught within present curriculum's.

I agree that cultural differences are strengths that must be explored for the greater benefit of society.

I can overall excel more in my education if ‘I’ as part of a larger collective voice of high school students had a say in what ‘we’ are being taught and how.

With the guidance of higher education students and local community members, I am supporting the creation of a student lead educational experience that brings critical thinking, radical love, and excitement to my campus.

I view this as a dire necessity that impacts both my physical and physiological health, therefore, requiring this experience to be a sustainable source of knowledge for current and future generations.
