به دیده بان حقوق بشر هشدار میدهیم که از نرمالسازی جنایات جمهوری اسلامی دست بردارد.

ما جمعی از ایرانیان داخل و خارج از کشور، برای ثبت در تاریخ، در این برهه ی حساس کنونی از شما میخواهیم که دست از تلطیف و کمرنگ کردن جنایات حکومتهای سرکوبگری همچون جمهوری اسلامی بردارید و بدانید که مردم ایران هوشیارانه به مواضع و اظهار نظرهای شما مینگرند.

این روزها در شهرهای متعددی در ایران اعتراضات به جمهوری اسلامی به سبب سومدیریت، بی توجهی به خواستهای سابقه دار مردم و بروز بحرانهای همزمان ناشی از سیاستهای استبدادی و غلط ادامه دارد و هر روز بر تعداد قتلهای معترضان توسط نیروهای حکومتی و تعداد بازداشتیها افزوده میشود.  حقوق بشر در حالی در ایران به بدترین شکل خود نقض میشود که دریچه های بازتاب آن در محافل بین المللی مسدود و حتی در موارد اخیر به ضرر اعتراض کنندگانی است که دست به تظاهرات مسالمت آمیز میزنند.

ما به گزارش کذب دیده‌بان حقوق بشر در مورد اعتراضات خوزستان اعتراض داریم.

ما در این میان، شاهد جریانی در دیده بان حقوق بشر هستیم که همدست حکومت ایران شده و این همدستی شرم آور مختص به اتفاقات اخیر نمیباشد. کافی‌ست گزارش دیده‌بان حقوق بشر در اعتراضات اخیر و آبان ۹۸ را بخوانید تا بدانید از چه سخن میگوییم. نمونه ی دیگر این همدستی با شر، را در صحبتهای الهه شریفپو ر-هیکس گزارشگر سابق دیده بان حقوق بشر در تاریخ ٢١ فروردین   ١٤٠٠در گفتگویی تلویزیونی صراحتا اعلام میکند که در جریان گفتگوهای اتمی میان جمهوری اسلامی  با قدرتهای بزرگ «مسئله حقوق بشر» نباید هیچ جایگاهی داشته باشد.

ایشان در واکنش به قتلهای اخیر جوانان و نوجوانان در خوزستان نیز در توئیتی گفته است: «بسیاری از اعضا مسلح سازمان مجاهدین خلق درمیان تظاهرات کنندگان بوده اند، این گروه مورد حمایت، پشتیانی مالی و آموزشی اسرائیل قرار داشتند». کسانی که اخبار ایران در ده های گذشته را دنبال میکنند، میدانند اینها اتهاماتی است که تنها به طناب دار برای بازداشتیها منجر خواهد شد.

تارا سپهری‌فر نمونه ی دیگری از الهه هیکس، در دیده‌بان حقوق بشر است. براساس گزارش‌ها و مستندات موجود به جرات می‌توان گفت او، عادی‌ساز و کتمان‌کننده نقض حقوق بشر ایرانیان در سازمان دیده بان حقوق بشر است.

 تارا سپهریفر در گزارشی به تاریخ ٢٢ جولای ٢٠٢١ در خصوص وقایع اخیر در خوزستان  کشته شدن مصطفی نعیماوی را به نقل از فرمانداری  شهر شادگان به نیروهای شورشی نسبت میدهد. ما دقیقا نمیدانیم چرا منابع این گزارشهای نوشته شده دقیقا تندروترین رسانه های نزدیک به سپاه پاسداران هستند؟ پرسش اینجاست آیا این سازمان دیده‌بان حقوق بشر است یا حامی نقض حقوق بشر؟

عواقب این نرمالسازی ها در قالب گزارشهای حقوق بشری حتی در داخل خود ایران نیز عواقب سهمگینی دارد و جالب اینجاست که افکار عمومی در ایران این گزارشگران حقوق بشر را همواره همدست نیروهای سرکوبگری میدانند که در خیابان مشغول قتل هستند.

در گزارش اخیر سپهریفر هر دو مرجع مدعی و قاضی هر دو یک منبع هستند و نوشتن چنین گزارشی در نسبت دادن قتل معترضان  به مرجع مبهمی به نام نیروهای شورشی که پیشتر خانم الهه هیکس آنها را مجاهدین خلق و آموزش دیده و مورد حمایت اسرائیل معرفی کرده است، تنها به سنگین شدن اتهام بازداشتیهایی منجر می شود و حتی گزارشهای مردمی اخیر  بر این حقیقت صحه میگذارد که بعد از اظهار نظرهای اینچنینی از طرف الاهه هیکس و تارا سپهریفر  روند خشونت در برخورد با معترضان به ویژه مردم خوزستان بیشتر شده و موارد بازداشتی فله ای حتی در بین کودکان و نوجوانان بیشتر شده است..

در ایام اخیر بویژه خانم الهه هیکس بارها در رسانه های فارسی زبان برون مرزی به عنوان کارشناس سابقه دار سازمان دیده بان حقوق بشر معرفی شده است، در حالی که ایشان هرگونه کنش مدنی، هرگونه نافرمانی مدنی بطور شگفت انگیزی حتی رای ندادن ایرانیها را امری خشونت بار توصیف کرده است. خانم هیکس متکی به اعتبار «سازمان دیده بان حقوق بشر» ساده ترین اصول پشتیبانی از صدای مردم ایران را در یک سیستم به غایت سرکوبگر و بدسابقه همانند جمهوری اسلامی ایران کنار گذاشته است. ایشان پیشتر نیز اظهار امیدواری کرده بود مسئله حقوق بشر اساسا از گفتگوهای جهان با جمهوری اسلامی حذف شود.. 

در بحبوحه ای که حکومت جمهوری اسلامی به سرکوب خونین هر نوع اعتراضی دست میزند، فعالان حقوق بشر فوق الذکر به جای یادآوری حق دفاع مشروع شهروندان در قبال دولت، صورت مسئله جنگ دولت علیه شهروندان را پاک میکنند و شهروندان را در معرض خطر اعدام قرار میدهند. گزارش منصفانه از میزان خشونت دولتی سیستماتیک علیه تظاهرات مسالمت آمیز در ایران گویای وقوع یک جنگ است. وضعیتی که حتی کلیدواژه سرکوب برای آن ناکافیست..

با نگاهی به اعضا (هیکس و سپهری‌فر) و گزارش‌های دیده‌بان حقوق بشر، می‌توان گفت این نهاد، با ظاهری حقوق بشری در خدمت سیاست‌های حکومت‌های تمامیت‌خواه قرار گرفته تا جنایت‌ها و نقض حقوق بشر را عادی نشان داده یا کتمان کند در واقع دیده‌بان حقوق بشر یک نهاد سیاسی در حوزه حقوق بشر شده‌است. این وضعیت از این به بعد قابل تحمل و اغماض نیست.

دیده‌بان حقوق بشر، که عملکردش مصداق حمایت از نقض حقوق بشر و پنهان کردن جنایت است باید پاسخگو باشد. این گزارش کذب تارا سپهری فر، مصداق پروپاگاندای جمهوری اسلامی است. آیا عوامل حکومت در آنجا نفوذ کرده‌اند یا دلیل دیگری دارد؟ چرا گزارش‌های متعدد از نقض حقوق بشر نادیده گرفته شده‌است؟

چرا در مورد تحریم‌ها، به گزارش پزشکان، افراد و شهروندان عادی اتکا می‌کنید، اما در مورد اعتراضات و سرکوب‌های حکومت، موارد نقض حقوق بشر را نادیده می‌گیرید و به آمار رسمی اتکا می‌کنید؟

مقام‌های رسمی بارها گفته‌اند دارو تحریم نیست، چرا این گزارش برخلاف منابع رسمی است؟

به دیده بان حقوق بشر هشدار میدهیم که درسمت دشمنان مردم ایران نایستد. می‌دانید نادیده گرفتن موارد نقض حقوق بشر، شکنجه‌شدگان، سرکوب‌شدگان، کشته‌شدگان و انسان‌های که حقوق آنها به هر نحوی سلب شده‌است، خودش نقض حقوق بشر است؟ انتظار دارید افرادی که شکنجه می‌کنند، می‌کشند، شلیک می‌کنند، بگویند ما شکنجه کردیم؟ ما کشتیم؟ یا ما شلیک کردیم؟

We warn Human Rights Watch to stop normalizing the crimes of the Islamic Republic in Iran.

We, a group of Iranians inside and outside the country, to record in history, at this critical moment, we ask you to stop softening and diminishing the crimes of oppressive governments such as the Islamic Republic and know that the Iranian people are aware of your positions and comments.

These days, protests against the Islamic Republic continue in several cities in Iran due to mismanagement, disregard for the long-standing demands of the people and simultaneous crises caused by authoritarian and wrong policies, and the number of murders of protesters by government forces and the number of detainees is increasing every day. Human rights are being violated in the worst possible way in Iran, with the gates of reflection being closed in international circles, and even in recent cases to the detriment of protesters who are holding peaceful demonstrations.

We are protesting the false report of Human Rights Watch regarding the protests in Khuzestan.

In the meantime, we are witnessing a trend in Human Rights Watch that has become an accomplice of the Iranian government, and this shameful complicity is not unique to recent events. Just read the report of Human Rights Watch in the recent protests and November 2019 to know what we are talking about. Another example of this complicity with evil is made clear in a televised speech by Elaheh Sharifpoor-Hicks, a former Human Rights Watch reporter, on April 4 2021, that during the nuclear talks, the "human rights issue" should not be discussed and has no place.

Reacting to the recent killings of youths and teenagers in Khuzestan, she tweeted: "Many armed members of the Mojahedin Khalq (MEK) Organization were among the demonstrators, who were supported, financially and trained by Israel." Those who have followed the news of Iran in the past decades know that these are accusations that will only lead to the arrest of the protesters.

Tara Sepehrifar is another example of an activist who tries to normalise this regime’s wrongdoings in Human Rights Watch. Based on the available reports and documents, it can be boldly said that she is concealer of Iranian human rights violations in Human Rights Watch.

 In the July 7 2021   report on recent events in Khuzestan, Tara Sepehrifar attributed the killing of Mustafa Naimavi to the insurgent forces, quoting the Shadegan governor's office. We do not know exactly why the sources of these reports are the extremist media close to the Revolutionary Guards? The question is, is this a human rights watchdog or a supporter of human rights violations?

The consequences of these normalizations in the form of human rights reports have dire consequences even within Iran itself, and it is interesting to note that public opinion in Iran has always considered these human rights reporters to be accomplices of repressive forces who are committing street killings.

In a recent report by Sepehrifar, both the plaintiff and the judge are both sources, and the writing of such a report attributes the killing of the protesters to the insurgents, whom Ms. Elaheh Hicks had previously described as MEK and not the Islamic regime. This only leads to heavier charges for detainees, and even recent public reports confirm the fact that after such comments by Elaheh Hicks and Tara Sepehrifar, the trend of violence in dealing with protesters, especially the people of Khuzestan, has increased and resulted in mass arrests even among children and adolescents.

In recent days, Elaheh Hicks has been repeatedly featured in the Persian-language foreign media as a veteran expert on Human Rights Watch, while she surprisingly denounces any civil action, even the Iranians movement to boycott voting to this regime. Relying on Human Rights Watch, Ms. Hicks has abandoned the simplest principles of human rights basic and instead of being the voice of the Iranian people, she is in support of a highly repressive and corrupt system like the Islamic Republic of Iran. She had previously expressed hope that the issue of human rights would be fundamentally removed from the world's dialogue with the Islamic Republic.

During the bloody repression of protests by the government of the Islamic Republic, the above-mentioned human rights activists, instead of reminding citizens of their right to self-defence against the government, they erase the issue of government war against citizens and put citizens at risk of execution.  A fair report on the extent of systematic government violence against peaceful demonstrations in Iran indicates that we are facing a war. A situation which even the keyword ^repression^ is insufficient to describe.

Looking at the members (Hicks and Sepehrifer) and the reports of Human Rights Watch, it can be said that this institution, with the appearance of human rights, has served the policies of totalitarian governments to normalize or hide crimes and human rights violations. In fact, Human Rights Watch has become a political institution in the field of human rights. This situation can no longer be tolerated and neglected.

Human Rights Watch, whose work is to protect human rights violations and cover up crime, must be held accountable. This false report of Tara Sepehrifar is an example of the propaganda of the Islamic Republic. Have government agents infiltrated there or is there another reason? Why have numerous reports of human rights abuses has been ignored?

Why do you rely on the reports of doctors, individuals and ordinary citizens about sanctions, but ignore human rights violations and rely on official statistics on a totalitarian government on protests and demonstrations?

Officials have repeatedly said that drugs are not sanctioned, why is this report contrary to official sources?

We warn the Human Rights Watch to not to stand with the enemies of the Iranians.
