Sponsored by the nonprofit Citizen Commission Against Corruption. Org, this Petition asks Congress to open hearings to review growing abuses of parents, children and families in domestic relations courts using federal funds. 

A silent epidemic has emerged featuring human rights violations. They include parental alienation, custody abuses, judicial misconduct, unethical lawyers, excessive support orders, draconian enforcement practices, child murders, veteran and teen suicides, and constitutional violations.

These violations are being ignored by state commissions. Congress must therefore pressure the Justice Department to investigate horrific cases.  Collectively they are eroding a parenting right that the Supreme Court has declared to be the "oldest liberty interest protected by the Constitution."
