On November 9th 2021, Premier Annasticia Palasczuk announced upcoming rules to be effective from either December 17 or when there is an 80% double-dose for the COVID-19 vaccination. These rules will see an apartheid state, banning individuals who opted out of the vaccination from many vital services including hospitals and potentially losing their livelihood. 

This highly criminal proposal is an affront to true freedom and violates numerous Federal Acts which to protect citizens' private information. It is also in violation of the Australian Immunisation Handbook, stating that any treatment is done in the absence of coercion. Any state law which goes against the Federal Constitution must immediately be made ineffective, as it is under Section 51 and 109 of the Australian Constitution. These movements also violate the Nuremberg Code, in which Australia is a signatory. 

These laws must not be allowed to be put forward, and all members of the Queensland Government behind the paper must be made accountable for such a proposal.
