The government of Jamaica to revoke the recent the recent bill passed in parliament "NIN"

The government of Jamaica is infringing the rights of the Jamaican citizens by passing a bill in parliament recently forcing us to accept what is known as"NIN" National Identification Number. We are required to give information of ourselves such as blood type, retina scan, bank account number, finger and Palm prints, religion, occupation among others.
Failure to do so we will not be able to access government services such as birth and death registration, University and colleges, drivers license, bank account, passports, purchasing a home or vehicle, our lives will be literally shut down. After a period of three years you will be fined J$100,000 or sentenced to community service.
We strongly believe that too much personal information is required of us to obtain a "NIN"and that the government did not give the Jamaican citizens a chance to give their input since so much personal information is required of us. Is this democracy in what is supposed to be a democratic country? We say no hence our petition in helping us to get the government of Jamaica to give us as citizens a chance to give our input in what will affect our personal lives a great deal.
