On 6th February 2018, Dr. Miguna Miguna, a Kenyan lawyer who administered the swearing-in ceremony of Kenya's opposition leader and former prime minister Raila Odinga was deported to Canada by Uhuru Kenyatta's illegitimate Government.

Before he was deported, the government, using hooded and unidentified thugs conducted a dawn raid on his Runda home in Nairobi, destroyed property worth millions and detained him in an unknown location.

Held incommunicado, without access to basic rights, (no water, no food), he remained in custody for five days even though he was granted bail and a high court judge ordered that he be released. All this long his whereabouts were unknown.

On 26th March 2018, he was denied entry back into Kenya, his home country, by the authorities who insisted he had to apply for a Kenyan visa. He was then locked up in a toilet at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport after refusing to leave the country in a Dubai-bound Emirates flight.

On 28th March 2018, Kenyan high court judge, Justice Odunga, found the Interior Minister Fred Matiang’i, the Inspector General of Police, Joseph Boinnet, and Gordon Kihalangwa, the Immigration PS , guilty of contempt of court and ordered that they appear for sentencing.

Barely 6 hours after the court ruling, about 50 heavily armed thugs, believed to be acting at the behest of the Kenyan government, broke into the toilet where he was being detained at JKIA, wrestled him to the ground and sat on him as a group of four different thugs injected substances into his soles, arms, hands, and both sides of his ribs, until he passed out. He regained consciousness while at the passenger waiting area at the Dubai International Airport. He is currently stranded at airport and is appealing to the International Community to help secure his safe return to Kenya, his home country!
