Under former Addis abeba Mayor Takele Uma leadership, A total of 213,900 square kilometers of land and 95,000 brand new condominium was illegally occupied.

Takele Uma and his administration illegal transfer  condominium units in Addis Ababa. And the findings revealed that residents of the city who had been registered for and saved money for the condo units for more than fifteen years did not get a condo unit.

On the other hand, the condo units were transferred for people who were not registered and or saved money for it. The transfers violated regulations enacted for the distribution of condominium units constructed by the government. 

Takel Uma and the prosperity party of ethiopia  took condos built by the poor Addis Abeba resident and gave it to their own ethnic group. Takele shattered the hope of hundred thousands of addis abeba people by taking away their life savings. We are demanding Takele Uma to be brought to justice.
