Please note that I had recently given My flat on rent and leave and license agreement and police verification was given to the society for the same. However the society chairman and secretary kept harassing Me saying that the tenants are bachelors when they were relatives. Group of men can be family too. Please note that as per new laws bachelors can be given flat on rent and society can't intervene in anyway. Everyone has a right to live anywhere and equal rights should be given to bachelors as citizens of India. Bunch of uneducated people who are at powerful position are making wrong use of power. It is high time they abide by the law laid in the constitution of India and become part of a progressive society where everyone is free to do anything. My tenant was restrained for more than 2 hours by using Security forces after coming home after day's long work. I was harassed in various ways like I was fined for planting plants in my window. Strict actions to be taken against such unlawful actions by Mumbai police and Registrar of Co-operative Societies. Time for Change!
