Around 3:19 a.m. on Friday, April 17, off-duty police officer William Daniel Short shot a 14 year old in the head, after believing there was criminal activity occurring outside of his home. The juvenile was spotted with what Officer Short believed to be a “muzzle flash” but discovered after shooting, was the flashlight of his phone. No arrests have been made. Demand justice. Stand against violence
