Dear Human Resources SVUH,
We would like to bring it to your attention the current condition of the couches in the doctor's Res room. It is unanimous amongst the doctors that they are not fit for purpose. They are extremely worn with tears in them and it is clear that they have not been replaced in a long time. Night staff especially should be able to have access to a comfortable area of rest in-between duties and unfortunately this is not the case due to the current state of the couches. We ask that these be please be replaced with new ones as a matter of providing appropriate working environment conditions for staff. Thank you.
