Oppose Hull City Council plans to remove items from Childrens graves

I wish for the Hull City Council to retract their letters sent to parents of deceased children that they have buried in the Eastern Cemetery in Hull . The council has requested all items and fencing to be removed from plots as it is affecting 'grass cutting' . The letter received is both inconsiderate and very upsetting for parents to take in. Their argument is completely flawed as most of the graves do not interfere with the grass being cut. Most people only have these memorial places to go and connect with their lost babies and children. To have to remove items at the council's request would be sold destroying, we've already done the hardest thing possible in life by burying a child, but to have to remove items would be unbearable. The plots by and large are lovely and add a tranquil and gentle feel to the Cemetery. Removal makes absolutely no sense.
