Meia Raw started this petition to HUD

I would like for anyone that has ever lived at an Ormond Beach Housing unit, to take action & speak up for there self. Ormond beach housing has been very rude, racially unjust & unorganized for years. Their ultimate goal is to control young adults while living on subsidize housing. They have terrorized many young adults for years with illegitimate reasons to evict or kick them off the program. Ormond beach housing has to do better with their staff, there are a few that forget they are put in place to protect. The main office of HUD should take in consideration investigating everything  that takes place at Ormond Beach Housing Authority. They currently have an employee that is employed there by the name of Lawrence Duggan.  He is supposed to be the maintenance man, but he is given more power then that. Duggan stalks around your house & windows, claiming to be doing a job. He’s often visits the premises after office hours/or before office hours. He takes pictures of tenants or the tenants guest, like they aren’t aloud company. He then smokes cigarettes on the premises and throw them on the ground.  He has charged at a few tenants as well as their company on the property. Duggan has tried to threaten to cause bodily harm to tenants.  OBHA is also under poor management. Another staff member that is troubling, is Caroline Riviere. Although she may come off nice, she can become evil if she feels challenged. The director tends to pop up to your home and tell you she called, without contacting you. She is the person in charge, who grants Lawnrence Duggan the power, that makes him feel untouchable. In this instance he does whatever he wants to do. I have started this petition to be a voice because, a lot of people have lost their housing and more due to the unjust ways of OBHA.  I would like for everyone to sign this petition to begin, an investigation on OBHA with hopes of them receiving new employees in certain areas.
