Everyday dogs in the building come out and get their exercise on the terrace. Before we signed our lease the HUB stated we were able to let our dogs out onto the terrace. Now out of nowhere they will start fining dogs for being out on the terrace. 15+ dogs and their owners rely on the terrace for their own and their dogs mental and physical health (not to mention many of these dogs are emotional support animals).

It is not fair with the change in weather to suddenly change their rule and ban dogs from being outside when this is a pet friendly building. Please help us show the leasing office how having dogs out here creates a sense of community that a new building desperately needs and creates a stress free environment for busy college students.
