For too long, our health service has ignored our mental health. It has not adequately invested in or developed , it's approach to treating those who require immediate care. Long wait lists continue at the forefront. Immediate calls for help often go unanswered.. Tragedy often the outcome. It's time for mental health services to revise and invest in our services. Particularly our acute service and follow up.
