The medical professionals of ireland are calling on the HSE to end the unfair & unjust "new contract" for consultants which make for bad working practices, 

We are also calling on better fairer work contracts for NCHD's 

& lastly fairer contracts for GP collegues who've had enough of an old contract

This impacts each person of ireland who recieves healthcare on a day to day basis, failure to implement safe working practices in contracts contribute to a failure of care& bad outcomes which impact an already failing system & the staff who provide care. 

We are asking for fair conditions - a right to a work/life balance with shifts, not to take ownership of research&other discoveries away from doctors &an end of countrywide moves, emergency taxing & to be afforded a salary which is paid on time. 

Im calling on the government to end unfairness against its medical professionals who want to continue to serve the irish population not emigrate in the face of unsafe practicing conditions.
