Stop teachers from banning late entry in classrooms

There is an ancient practice of banning students from entering late in class. This practice originated during Vedic Civilization when teachers used to teach for free and for passion. In those times banning students from getting knowledge was equivalent to punishing them.
But now a days colleges/schools charge hefty amount of money for education and teachers work to get paid and not as community service. On an average in a country like India, an hour of education costs about Rs 600 to Rs 1200. Research has shown that banning late entry causes more loss to students than good as such practice also disrupts student's learning ability for future lectures also. Moreover, life does not follow any timetable, random unexpected events happens to everyone. It should be noted that world's leading institutions don't follow this practice because they understand how learning actually works in modern times. Given someone is arriving late doesnot mean he/she doesnot want to learn; otherwise why even bother to come.
How can someone ban me from listening to a lecture for which I / or my parents are giving away their hard earned money ? Either this practice should stop or institutions if they care so much about education then should return my money for lectures I missed because seemingly they care lot about education and not about money.
It's time to put an end to this ill practice. Let's make HRD ministry of Government of India here this issue. Please share with #dontStopUsFromLearning
