Lesbians are being attacked and vilified for being Lesbians within the alphabet soup. Our time and resources have been generously given time and time again to the causes of others within the LGBTIQ banner and yet it's never enough. Lesbian issues as women are rarely if ever recognised or fought for under this banner and yet there's a sense of entitlement to our support, especially from Trans. It was originally a construct to fight homophobia, now it's been hijacked for issues that have no relevance to or are in open opposition to the needs and rights of lesbians.

I believe lesbians should be able to remove themselves from association with transgender people.

I hope it is ok for me to sign this as a straight woman but I recently found out how badly some of my lesbian friends have suffered at the hands of transpeople. They have been actually threatened with rape and violence for refusing to have sexual relations with someone with a 'lady penis'

This is unacceptable and I challenge anyone to tell me how on earth this kind of thinking is 'progressive'.

I also feel elements of the trans-movement are effectively trying to 'cure' young lesbians. Encouraging them to 'become straight men' instead of embrace their sexuality.

LGBT groups are trampling over lesbians in their rush to support trans rights.

Of course trans rights matter but lesbian rights matter too and are being ignored. Who's speaking up against the cotton ceiling & its underlying threat of corrective rape? Against the attempts to redefine lesbians as attracted to "female gender identity" (bepenised or otherwise) instead of to biological women? Clearly not any of the bodies who should be advocating for us. Lesbians will be better off going it alone.

I am tired of the minoritys interfering in my life. This bathroom issue really has me angry. These feminists have ruined our country and this is just the beginning of their vile agenda.

It is important that all women have their private spaces that cannot be infiltrated by men.. I do not want men in the bathroom with me or my daughters... Or my daughters partner...

Women are sick and tired of being silenced about our bodies, our boundaries, our fears, and our need to have time away from men.

They wouldn't drop the T now lesbians quite reasonably say 'drop the L'. Lesbians always come last, are always silenced. From now on I'll refer to it as the GBT community. My lesbian sisters deserve to be heard, and the GBT community do nothing to represent lesbians except to use it like a hashtag and trap resources.
