The government needs to tax investment properties in Australia this can exclude apartments but houses for families need to come down. The government refuses to do this 1. Because the majority of politicians own investment houses themselves 2. Because they all believe this would be political suicide. Let’s prove them wrong by voting on this here and now!!! Family homes are not investment tools!!! Stop treating our housing market like a pyramid scheme by pumping tax payers money into “incentives”
