There has been a worryingly high amount of claimants reporting that phone assessment has the opposite information give, and blatant lies have been recorded for the decision maker to read.

This has caused rage, upset, disbelief and stops many from completing the process.

This is to help make the private and very real information be recorded for the claimants to be heard giving theirs true account in their daily struggles.

There has to be a new way to go forward to stop the distress of claimants being recorded wrongly .
