It is a curse and a blessing to have this opportunity to share my testimony to help others not suffer in the underhandedness of official large Institutions who think they are above the Texas State statutes laws and ordinances. So showing awareness on these high-level bullies in these organization like the Houston Independent  school district will be a honor to protect others from being humiliated frustrated and intimidated for the lack of integrity in the school district.  I was blameless when I accidentally fell in the school district neglected unsafe grease-trap. And its it's hard to express how many leaders in that school district I endured who never showed concern care or commitment to my pleading tearful cause after my innocent accident into the school district unsafe grease-trap (manhole) by  neglecting to keep all employees safe from harm. See these were top notch high ranking  bullies with sophisticated titles behind or in front of their names that didn't worth the piece of paper they gave to me after complaining to many about the school district negligence in supporting me with the legal obligation they were responsible to do by law. I saw with my own eyes these so call leaders abusing and misusing their seat of authority by committing lawlessness and breaking  company established policies principles and protocols for their own selfish gain. So my achieve goal is to know that all people are treated equal with the same respect fairness and justice these leaders expect no matter the skin tone job title or  duty task they hold. See my heart has been torn and my soul has worn⁷on a level that I couldn't  be explain after my faultless innocent mishap took place on my hazard jobsite then covered up with the hidden deceptive obstruction  of justice leaving me without help for my serious injuries as a direct result from my innocent fall. And nobody on Gods green earth should ever have to fight for their health sanity and justice at the same because the school district negligence was their own failure faults and flaws when they overlook that manhole grease-trap for years. And yes more than once I contacted the superintendent board members and ranking high officials for their positions title expert skills.  But is was to much corruption and bullying inside that largest school district organization for anybody to award me with a tiny ounce of care or concern. Instead  I got retaliated against with disgusting attacks of many fraudulent criminal insults fabrication and slander for years with no help. And family member are not I don't believe no one ever should have to face this kind of intentional pain and suffering for being faultless. Bullying suppose to be a crime but I wonder if the largest school district in Texas receive the memo. Stay Bless
