Permit trash cans to be stored partially obstructed from public view outdoors.

Trash receptacles are not the property of the homeowners, yet homeowners are required by the communities waste disposal company to house them. Trash attracts bugs, rodents, and smells horrible. Many residents do not wish to store the trash receptacles in their garage for these reasons. It would cost several hundred dollars for the residents to create a barricade to hide the recepticales from public view. Furthermore, creating the barricades would often interfere with easement accessibility.
Consequently we are requesting that the deed restrictions be changed to permit trash receptacles to be partially hidden from public view.
