Homeowners would like the current batch of estate officials to be appointed as Directors to the Komarock Heights Management Company Limited. This has been determined by the homeowners as shareholders of the Estate Management Company.

The end results will be:

•All homeowners will be given share certificates in the Court Management Company.

•There will be evidence of ownership of the KH Management Company by Estate Management Company that will be obtained (share certificates).

•HF officials may be given one or two directorships in the Estate Management Company Limited.
