Housing condition inside of the apartment are not up to par.

Old carpets, ac units, showers and tubs all of these need to be replaced. 

Windows get stuck and you're not able to open or close them properly.

Outlets do not work properly.

Lights outside do not work or they need to be replaced.

Maintenence do not check air vents as often as they should. 

Housing director is very rude and  is not helpful when it comes to the concerns of the apartment.

They have mowers that come out to cut the lawn but it is still very trashy.

Old appliances , stoves and refrigerators need to be replaced. Some have rust on them.

Door locks do not match, needs to be replaced.

Wood from cabinets need redoing

Tile in the kitchens are old and coming up.

Wall tile in the bathrooms are peeling

Overall the apartment complex needs to be investigated.
