This child was administered meth, raped, murdered, dismembered and set on fire in a bath tub in an apartment bathroom the day after her 10th birthday at the hands of her mother, and two others, one being Fabian Gonzales. To say he’s not a threat to the public or community is an insult to the residents of Albuquerque. This bottom feeder abused this child before her death while living with her mother and the scum of a mother allowed it. This judge needs to be removed. The above says it all. To allow this person out in the public after a crime like this with an addictive personality, to see him offend again would be at the allowance of this judge who is either dumb, deaf and blind, paid or heartless.
