These Laws ,I ask,is to make All North American Industry Classification System checking Accounts,Automated Clearing House payments,money deposited,Loans ,process in all Banks,Credit Unions,Financial Institutions,Businesses,stock shares Businesses,Governament Entity Services(i.e. Internal Revenue Service Tax payments,Federal,State,County,Municipal court payments,Federal Treasury,Federal Reserve,United States Mint,United States of America Bureau of Engraving and Printing,,Libraries,Department of Fish and Wildlife, and etc........) similar to Cirrus,Plus,Pulse,Maestro,VISA,Mastercard,American Express,US Banks,Chase Banks,Morgan Banks,Navy Federal Credit Union,Affinity Banks,First Western Banks,Wells Fargo Banks,Bremer Banks,Town & Country Banks,or Western Union, or Moneygram or other traditional checking Account methods ,and at all Automatic Teller Machines,and Business Cashier Machines for money payments,deposits, and withdrawals(Full Face Value).And for the North American Industry Classification System to be Banks and distribute Debit, and credit cards for Automatic Teller Machines and Business Cashier Machines.
And that all Internat Accounting and Bookeeping Services like Intuit Quickbooks,bill.com,Patriot Software,National Payment Corporation,and Their Accounting and Tax service similarities Businesses process North American Industry Classification System checking Account checks(Internat or paper) like traditional Bank checking Accounts. And remove cloaking or Camoflage of those Bank Customers Actual Money Balance,(to Prevent devaluation of their Customers money).
And that all Businesses of the United States accept North American Industry Classification System checking Account checks and they have the checking account NAICS Code,checking Account number,And build NAICS Banks in every State of the United States.
And that all Banks,Credit Unions,Financial Institutions report it to the Fair Isaac Corporation.
And that all check making Businesses of the United States make an option of putting NAICS Codes and checking Account numbers on a paper check package they sell instead of a routing number.
And all Land Based Accounting and Bookeeping Services and Tax Servicesmake a Document page on their checks for Formal written agreements of the check writer Business payment,and Customer payment receiver and both must agree accept before payments are paid or received and it becomes a Written Agreement Contract ,and can be used in Federal,State,County,and Municipal courts of the United States of America.And for all Accounting services and Banks and Credit Unions to have Web Connect and Direct Connect Services and for all General Transaction Journals entries be face value United States of America dollar and cents currency transactions.
