President Sirisena, Where is Thanoja Vivegananthan?

I am deeply concerned about the fate of the disappeared people in Sri Lanka. During the final days of the war in 2009 thousands of Tamils were taken by the Sri Lankan army and have never been seen since. Current President of Sri Lanka Maithripala Sirisena was the acting defence minister during this period. Tamils in the North and East of Sri Lanka have been campaigning for the Sri Lankan Government to tell them about the whereabouts of their loved ones. They have received no answer.
I am very concerned about the fate of Thanoja Vivegananthan, a Tamil from Northern Sri Lanka, who was 15 years old when the Sri Lankan Army took her in April 2009. She was last seen in a photograph with Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena during the election campaign in 2015. Sirisena has so far refused to tell us where Thanoja is. I am also deeply concerned about the fate of Father Francis Joseph who was taken by the Sri Lankan Army in May 2009.
I have started this petition as Sirisena starts his Australian visit. He is here to tell us Tamils are safe in Sri Lanka. He will make deals with the Australian Government to send all the refugees back. Our Government shouldn't entertain such a war criminal who is determined to wipe out the Tamil population in North and East of Sri Lanka. Our Government should be making enquiries with the Sri Lankan Government and find out what they have done to Thanoja Vivegananthan, Father Francis Joseph and other missing persons.
