As University students we have been consistently left out of any Government plans during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have been blamed and used as scapegoats for the governments mistakes. 

We are still paying FULL tuition fees for our courses, yet do not receive anything near the expected quality of teaching. We are paying for classes on Zoom and no face-to-face discussions, which are vital for this level of education. The resources we pay for with our tuition fees have been shut for most of the year due to the several lockdowns we have faced leaving us unable to produce high quality work. 

We are paying £9,250 (or Masters Equivalent) for a few basic powerpoints, and emails which take 3-5 days to be addressed, yet are still expected to produce the same standard of work.. 

Where are University students exam cancellations? Where are our extensions? Where is our no detriment policy? Where is our support?

We need our tuition fees reduced AND better support from the government and Universities to still achieve our full potential. 

We must not be ignored anymore.
