Exclusively reserve position of Governor General of Canada to First nation Canadians

Although the release of the report of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission in 2015 exposed monumental systemic injustice and deliberate government policies against the indigenous peoples of Canada, it also was the revelation that during the period 1880 to 1970 over 6000 indigenous children died in the residential schools that actually made caricature of Canada's human rights record and democratic image.
As is customary with all governments, past and present, the government of PM Trudeau has been making random pronouncements assuring the world of his commitment to right the wrongs, including promulgation of September 30th as the Canada national day of truth and reconciliation.
While all these statements and actions are memorable and commendable. They do not go far to acknowledge the deep psychological and social damage done to the Canadian First nation peoples, neither does it provide healing, true penance and a lasting legacy of appreciation of sufferings and sacrifices of the indigenous peoples of Canada to the rest of us.
AS A WAY TO PRACTICALLY DEMONSTRATE TRUE APPRECIATION OF THE BURDEN BORNE BY THE FIRST NATIONS PEOPLES OF CANADA ON WHOSE TREATY LAND CANADA THRIVES, I AM PETITIONING PRIME MINISTER JUSTIN TRUDEAU AND HIS GOVERNMENT AND ALL THE POLITICAL PARTIES IN CANADA TO INITIATE A CONSTITUTIONAL CHANGE TO EXCLUSIVELY RESERVE THE POSITION OF GOVERNOR GENERAL OF CANADA TO THE FIRST NATION PEOPLES OF CANADA AND THEIR DESCENDANTS.
