- Family courts more often than not when a parent is accused of serous domestic abuse often physical against the child and or the other parent they still allow them contact before a fact finding hearing this need change, so that there is no contact at all till after the fact finding.
- Police should work with the family court when serous alligations are proved
- This should automatically be passed on to them and cps to look into. There is a lack of understanding of how domestic abuse traumatises victims and the damage it does is also mental as well as physical, the mental scares never go away the courts allow this when against the child's wishes they are forced to see the abuser.
- Who would allow a perpetrator to walk free to in some cases go on to further abuse the victim also as happened murder there children and or there ex partner. Family courts have that is why there needs to be more protection for victims
- Family courts are suppose to be there to look after the well being and wishes of the child in most cases there voice is silenced when it goes against what the courts believe to be in there best interest of the child. There is clear evidence where this is a common factor
- This needs to change
