I would like Horsham Township Parks and Recreation to install fencing around Everybody's Playground.

On Sun., March 6, 2022 around 4 pm, I was driving into the complex and turned into the parking lot in front of the playground and noticed a little boy, 2 or 3 years old walking alone up the sidewalk towards Dresher Road. There was no adult with him him. I told my husband he was too young to be by himself. I parked and ran to the little boy just as he got to the main intersection at Dresher Road. Luckily I got to him before he ran into the busy 4 lane road. The boy didn't speak and did not seem concerned he was alone or without a parent. He allowed me to take him back to the park so I could find his parent. I walked around with the boy looking for his parent. Again he ran so fast back into the parking lot where I had to chase him to catch him again. As I was picking him up, his father approached me in a panic and thanked me for bringing him back.

My concern is this park is very close to parking lot and it is hard to see kids in some areas of park, especially crowded and having more than 1 kid to watch. The park caters to all kids including special needs, so why not make it safe for all children.
