When Principal Bullinger was a principal the environment at Hopkins was much more together and a community. Principal Bullinger use to allow free release lunch, we had flex spaces, 45 Min Win time, Campus was not closed, we also had a cafe. Also with HAP Bullinger cared about HAP and made it known/present. HAP was full of community and was prominent in mainstream school but now they are actively downgrading it. Ballard has claimed to implement restorative justice (a main class of HAP) but continues to not understand it and take the wrong steps. Ballard has created an environment extremely strict much like a prison, with hall sweeps etc barely giving us any freedom. Students are tired of this and want our old Hopkins Community back.
