As we see, the cases of sexual abuse is increasing day by day in our country. Our government is taking measures for safety in society but those measures are proving not strict and stringent enough to prevent the heinous crimes.

In recent days as we observe, assaults on victims and survivors by the accused has seeing a raise.

Above incidents or few to name but the list goes on everyday.

We, the responsible citizens of the country is demanding two major amendments to be made:

1. Accused should be kept in judicial custody and none of the accused should be granted bail in the cases of rape and murder, rape, rape attempt, physical abuse or any other act which can be termed as sexual abuse as per law till the case receives the verdict.

2. If the accused convicts the crime, no lawyer should represent or provide legal aid to the convicted criminal and bail shouldn't be granted for the convicted under any provisions or circumstances.

Keeping the well being of the society and the victims, requesting the concerned authorities to implement the above amendments.
