To stop the high risk and possible pandemic spread of Covid 19 throughout WA's overcrowded prisons. An outbreak like this would be catastrophic to inmates, staff and highly impact on there loved one's. Banning social visits have been put in place but that is highly going to impact on loved ones mental state as well as inmates. Let's keep covid 19 out of the jails as they are not equipped enough at all and if an outbreak did happen it would spread at a very high rate and a lot of fatalities would occur because of this.
