After a long struggle of nearly 5years through the tough MBBS course & battling the uncertainty through COVID times /delayed results -these students have finally made a mark for themselves & are doctors.Now the least they deserve for their honest hard work as interns is a stipend  which is completely their well deserved right. How can the hospitals be getting away by not paying them a single penny & make them put in the hard work hours .This kind of behaviour is unacceptable as it is very demotivating for the new doctors who are just starting their careers. 
on one hand they are called heroes but who needs just these slogans & false promises.If they are the true heroes please act on this immediately & reward them with atleast their basic rightful dues which is a stipend  for all interns .They have earned this privelage & it should be granted from day 1 in all fairness. As we are all aware of what financial burdens ,most go through just to finish an MBBS due to the fee structures . But at the end of ths day -most look at the ray at the end of the tunnel . This is rightly called one of the most noble profession so in return the least the concerned authorities /Government can do -is to give the right incentives from the very start so that the new generation of doctors also make this country proud. They aren’t left to just keep struggling with nothing in return & are demotivated. Hoping you can be sensitive to these issues & act on it without further delay.
