Thomas Horn's Final Chance

Thomas Horn who at the time was 19, was convicted of second degree murder and received life without the possibility of parole. It's been 10 almost 11 years since he's seen his family and friends that miss him the most. He's a sweet loving person who knows he's made mistakes and vows to not make anymore. He misses his family and friends the most and wishes he could be there right by their side taking care of them. Since his incarceration, Thomas has strived to become a better person, he is a polished Dale Carnegie public speaker who speaks to children often, in hopes that he can deter them from going down a similar path. He will help anyone he can, regardless of any sacrifice that he may incur by doing so.
This petition is show support for Thomas and the current appeal he has in court. He has shown many that he has changed and deserves another chance at life.
