So many people wine about "illegal" fireworks being part of celebrations. Let's just legalize them! 

Fireworks are an American Tradition!! It disrespects veterans to impose these restrictions on what should be protected activity. 

The amount of people complaining about fireworks causes congestion of emergency resources and dispatch centers. The strain on resources causes delays in response to potentially life threatening conditions and emergencies. 

Many otherwise law abiding citizens are ironically fined each year for merely attempting to celebrate our nation's freedom. 

Making these fireworks illegal only serves to drive a "black market" for elicit purchase and sale. Legalizing them will afford Nevadans the legal means to obtain them and celebrate our great country. 

Additionally tax and revenue will be collected and appropriately distributed to the county in which they are sold and used. A portion of this tax can fund emergency services and charities benefiting victims of domestic violence and animal rights foundations.
